The brand new Spatz ‚Aero Sokz‚ were designed specifically for the requirements of a two-time Olympic Champion. If you study the pictures of any road race, TT or criterium world-wide, you will see that our Aero Sokz are preferred by many racers (primerily because they simply do not slip down)...

In a sport where every second (and every single watt) matters, there can be no compromise when it comes to products with an aerodynamic focus.

Cut to UCI compliant length, the ‚Aero Sokz‚ offer an aerodynamic advantage wrapped up in an incredibly classy package. We have specified a striated lycra leg section to help to keep air attached to the leg as long as possible. The seam is tucked away behind the leg where it will not affect airflow as it leaves the legs.

As a stark difference to other manufacturers, we have added two different gripper types to the top of the leg section to help keep the socks in place on legs of different sizes. First, we have a silicone gripper woven into the actual fabric of the sock which adds grip and elasticity and a very sleek fit against the skin. In addition to this, we have added a dedicated silicone strip (lower down) around the entire leg circumference to secure the sock in place. To our knowledge, no other manufacturer has gone to these extremes to create a good fit.

The foot section of the ‚ Aero Sokz‚ is crafted beautifully to offer support, temperature regulation and wick moisture away. We have tested these on 6h rides and are staggered by the comfort of these socks.

Bright white/black fabric with a subtle grey logo keeps the aesthetic sharp, clean and classy and compliments any kit and bike.

Let's be honest, they're super fast and cool as hell. And they say "#thanks4coming" across the front...

Week toebox area., material

I wore the socks for the first time on Saturday, January 25. I bought these because I’m running my first Iron Man triathlon in April at Oceanside California. After my 13 mile run. Both socks had holes in the big toe area. I have pictures to show. I have my toenails trimmed to very minimal Exposure. I would like a refund or a replacement that have a stronger material in the toolbox.

Another outstanding piece of kit from Spatz, great deal, great quality, great service from an outstanding complaint. Every time I buy Spatz kit it is clear that so much end user thinking has gone into every single product. Who will use it, how will it be used, how Spatz engineer a premium product every time is a testament to their in wavering commitment to quality without compromise. Kudos guys! Even for a pair of socks!

Not for skinny ankles

Lovely socks and great quality but in the smallest size they don't fit my legs. If I pull them up high they grip the calf and just about touch the ankles but as soon as I start riding they start to slip down despite the leg grippers, and then they flap in the wind so feel like they are adding drag and definitely not aero. I've tried hairspray as was suggested by a few people, but that only helps for a short time. As soon as you get sweaty the grip goes and it's back to flappy socks.
