Redesigned and improved, Spatz "Glovz" are made specifically for (and developed by) a 2x Olympic Champion. They are tested to the extreme by the Alpecin-Deceuninck Pro Cycling Team.
An insanely comfortable glove which was designed to fill a void: A glove you can wear from the start of your race/ride to the finish.
Spatzwear "Glovz" feature an extra, wind blocking "fold-out" shell which neatly folds away into a hidden pocket on the back of your hand. Enjoy the dexterity and feel of a 5 finger glove then pull out the hidden weapon when you need that extra barrier from the elementz. Ready to sprint? Need to access your tools? Sure; release the barrier shell and fold it away for later. Another dimension of warmth - at your fingertips...
The new and improved "Glovz" feature a redesigned cuff and hem enabling more stretch and an improved fit and feel. Stitching has been redeveloped to further increase fit and toughness and we have added a very eye catching logo and reflective strip across the glove.
The "Glovz" have a soft comfortable feel, using premium 4-way stretch material with a soft fleecy lining. The cuff is cut extra long to help to insulate those valuable blood vessels in your wrists and ensure the blood reaches your fingers as warm as it should. As with our overshoes, if you want to stop your radiators freezing; insulate your pipes. The "Glovz" integrate perfectly with our Basez2 Base Layers.
The "Glovz" have E-touch fingers which work with your phone/computer with an additional "peepy index finger hole" for when you really need to hit WhatsApp or skip to the next track.
We have added tough, grippy epoxy gel grippers on the palm, thumb and index finger for excellent grip, feel and dexterity. It's important to feel the 'bars, gears and shifters and be at one with your machine.
A reflective strip across the back of the glove adds visibility in the traffic.
We have added toughened areas on the pad covering the ulnar nerve and also on the thumb and first three fingers. These are the areas which traditionally rub and wear through on gloves. We're bike riders. We wear through gloves.
There's nothing like Spatz "Glovz". Designed through a lifetime of cycling in all weathers.

I bought the DEEP WINTER ones after purchasing the RACE gloves. Race glovers are a bit thinner so I wanted to save that for the many cold racing in March/April and get a "proper" training gloves. I love them both equally. DEEP WINTER obvioully is a bit more volume and has the long wrist cover(with zipper) that perfectly contours to my SW jacket! It's the only winter gloves I wear now in training rides. LOVE them.
Thank you very much ET!
Used these in 4 degrees and drizzle, they were great. I needed to flip the finger covers down for about 10 minutes and was surprised by how quickly my fingers warmed up. They were a bit of a fiddle to stash away while riding but after doing so, my hands stayed warm for the rest of the ride.
Certainly more versatile than the Thrmoz, I’d imagine I’ll get a lot more use out of these.
Thank you very much
These are great gloves unfortunately let down by poor stitching. They aren't very durable, my previous pair has a load of holes and this new pair is already starting to split after 2 uses. I love the features, such as a finger hole so you can use fingerprint reader on your phone. The fold away mitts are a great idea too. If they weren't so expensive I'd be more lenient on the quality.
I suffer from Raynauds syndrome, in temps lower than about 8degrees. I've never had a glove that actually was comfortable to wear, warm but not sweaty until I got a pair of these gloves.
I don't wear any of my other gloves. Any weather that isn't sunny, I pop these on. They're thin enough to ride when it's mild, but keep the cold off and work for me down to about 3 degrees. I use the lobster claw covers when it's windy or wet and they're great. Still retaining good movement and comfort but keeping the chill and damp off. They are stretchy and a great fit, I usually wear a size L but bought an M. They are snug but fit really well. The cuffs go under my jersey sleeve and keep the warm in nicely.
I'll be purchasing the Thermoz winter gloves for colder weather. I'd say if you don't suffer with cold hands and poor circulation that these will be fine in much lower temps than I can stand.
Absolutely great product + fantastic customer service.
Thanks George!
Excellent fit true to size And well made the down side it was 6c with not a great deal of wind chill My hands where so cold even with wind blockers I get really cold hands quickly also I wasn’t flat out as these are called race probably for the reason of full gas means more body heat
I bought these due to reviews I would of gone for deep winter but no availability over the last month I have checked
